Fashion campaigns like this don't happen every other day. The artistic freedom to push and explore the possibilities of conveying a message on social cause was intricately intertwined in every step of the process. Starting from brainstorming and storyboarding to bringing it to life is one of those experiences that every creative would love to have. 

Dr. Sujatha is a person with wide perspectives and this project is dedicated to embracing the dark skin color and how it should be celebrated rather than differentiated. In a world where unrealistic beauty standards are being normalized, we wanted to boil it down to the core of staying truthful about telling this message with actually dark-skinned women that you can meet in your daily life, could be your mom, or aunt or a HOD of your college or your friends, sisters and neighbors.
